Mondai SME Inspiration Session

We at TU Delft want to inspire you and your organization with opportunities that lie ahead by leveraging Data!

In this era of digitization, data is the new oil and data science is the new engine. Data science and analytics catapulted digital giants like Amazon and Netflix. But can SME’s gain a competitive advantage? We know they can! Think better marketing, process optimilisation, and engagement with clients leading to more revenue or a better management of finances. Take for example the case of Deliscious, a lettuce grower in Beesel, who gained a deeper insight into the factors that influence the growth and final weight of a lettuce plant, allowing finer control over the production process, and thus better response to market demand, while reducing wastage. At Mondai | House of AI, an initiative of TU Delft, we want to bring the benefits of data to your SME and help you explore the opportunities it can bring to your business. During our interactive Inspiration session we will dive into your business case and build a business case for using data. After the event we will develop and deliver a concrete working solution to solve your specific business case. After the event, student teams led by Mondai | House of AI will develop and deliver a concrete solution by working in sprint sessions of about 40 to 80 hours to implement your specific business case related to data. This could include a dashboard, better data collection and integration into your platform and many more.

15:10 – 15:30: Introduction to Mondai | TU Delft, SME Inspiration sessions and how data can propel you forward
15:30 – 16:00: Breakout sessions with TU Delft AI Innovation managers, diving into data challenges and opportunities per company.
16:00 – 16:30: Developing a solution roadmap per company
16:30 – 16:45: Round-up & next steps
17:00: SME Inspiration session networking drinks
