Deep Dive Workshop – AI in Health Care
november 14 - 9:30 - 12:30
Global AI Policy Summit Deep Dive Workshop
AI in Health Care
AI in Health Care
Despite progress in AI governance, much of the current regulatory framework remains grounded in high-level principles and guidelines which, while valuable, often lack the specificity required for practical implementation – particularly at the intersection with the highly regulated and operationally complex domain of healthcare. This is especially urgent in “high-risk” areas of healthcare, where decisions are irreversible, outcomes are critical, and resources are constrained. Such applications demand elevated levels of transparency, accountability, and ethical oversight. This workshop draws on examples from clinical practice, public health, health policy, and global health to foster open discussion around the most pressing priority areas at the intersection of AI and healthcare.

The workshop starts off with short talks by five expert presenters followed by an interactive round table discussion.
